Bold, bright and utterly joyful — this striking mosaic heart by Wild Wood and Mosaics is handcrafted using vintage Mayfair Pottery bone china, bursting with cheerful wildflowers in sunny yellow, soft purple violet, cornflower blue and fresh green on a crisp white ground. Fragments of the Mayfair Pottery backstamp are visible within the mosaic, a lovely testament to the provenance of this beautiful English bone china.

At the centre sits a magnificent handmade deep cobalt blue glass flower with a delicate flower millefiori button centre, its rich jewel-blue petals commanding the eye against the soft floral china. The border is a bold alternating ring of deep cobalt blue and powder blue ceramic tiles, with flashes of iridescent glass at the top adding a shimmer of rainbow colour. The piece is finished with a silver organza ribbon for hanging.
